Vic: Two youths charged after car pursuit
Two boys have been charged after an overnight car pursuit in which a machete was thrown
at a police car.
Police chased the car for up to 30 kilometres after trying to intercept it the Yarra
Valley east of Melbourne about 1.40am.
A 17-year-old boy from Yarra Junction and a 16-year-old Warburton boy are both charged
with conduct endangering life and theft of a car.
They've been bailed to appear in Ringwood Magistrates' Court on March 22.
